How do I book an escape room?

​

Every participant (5 and up, under 5 is free!) will need to purchase a ticket to participate. Regardless of the theme you choose, tickets for an escape room experience are $32 (plus tax & service fee).

Am I really locked in the room?

​

No. Although the doors are unlocked for the entire duration of your experience, you and your team will have to complete the entire series of puzzles to finally get the (symbolic) key out!

 

Are the rooms scary?

 

We do offer horror themed escape room experiences (Killer Countdown, Psycho Next Door and CarnEVIL).

All other escape rooms (Game Room, Wonderland, Sweet Shoppe and The Virus) are designed for participants of any age to enjoy.

No matter which room you choose, you and your team will have a heart pounding hour of theatrical excitement!

Can both adults and kids actively participate in your rooms?

 

Absolutely! The suggested difficulty level for each escape room is listed on each room page. Although children are allowed to play the games, kids under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18. 

 

Will the room be private for just my group?

 

Yes! There is a minimum number of tickets required to book each room theme. Once you meet that minimum number, the room is automatically private for your group.

 

What if I book tickets and I have to change my reservation?

 

No problem! You can change your reservation as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice.

If you provide less then 24 hours notice, we won't be able to reschedule your tickets.

 

Do you have any tips to guarantee I’ll get out?

 

Work together and never stop moving! Remember, you have until the very last second, so don’t give up!
